General

What is the turnaround time for my order?

For standard personalized products, our current average turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days (1–2 weeks). Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the order size and approval process.
For non-personalized items, orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days.
For bulk or fully custom orders, turnaround time will vary based on the scope and complexity of the project.
You will be notified once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times (after your order has shipped) are as follows:

Colorado: 1–3 business days

Continental U.S.: 2–5 business days

Alaska & Hawaii: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather or carrier delays. Engraving Colorado is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I need my order in less than two weeks?

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, discounts may be available for large or bulk orders. Please email engravingcolorado@gmail.com with the details of your request for a quote.

Can products be customized?

Yes, most of our products—including plaques—can be customized with your own logos, insignias, and wording unless otherwise noted. Wood coins, engraved lines, and other design elements can typically be personalized.

Are engraving and personalization included in the price?

Yes, all listed prices include engraving and personalization for items shown in the display (e.g., wood coins, plates, photo frames, flags, engraved lines, and logos). You may customize emblems and wording to suit your needs.

What types of graphics or logos can be used?

We accept high-quality PNG, JPG, or vector files. Please provide the highest resolution file available. If the submitted file is not suitable, we will contact you to request a replacement.
If you do not have a high-quality version, we offer professional artwork conversion services starting at $20.

Please note: We cannot use photographs of people, photos of logos on walls, or images of patches. A digital file is required for engraving.

How much text can I include?

We will adjust the text size to fit the available space on your item. Please refer to product displays for general line limits. If your message is too long and affects readability, we will contact you to revise it.

Plaques

What flags can be used on guidon plaques?

We offer standard guidons with up to two colors. For custom guidons (e.g., battalion or company designs), please contact engravingcolorado@gmail.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Do you provide photos for plaques with photo slots?

No, we do not print photographs. Photo frames are provided empty and mounted on the plaque, allowing you to insert your own images after purchase.

Awards

What color is the engraving on awards?

Engraving on crystal, glass, and acrylic awards appears as a frosted white finish.

How many graphics can be included on an award?

Each award includes one graphic. If you would like to include additional graphics, please contact us prior to ordering, as size and layout limitations may apply.

How much text can be included on an award?

Text will be scaled to fit the award. If the amount of text reduces the font size below a readable level, we will contact you to revise your verbiage. Please note that more text will result in smaller font size.

How much text can I include on a plate?

Each plate size listed on our website includes a general guideline for the number of text lines it can accommodate. We will adjust the text size to fit the plate; however, if the amount of text reduces the font size below a readable level, we will contact you to revise your wording. Please note that including more text will result in a smaller font size.

Do you offer custom plate sizes that are not listed on your website?

Yes, we can create plates in custom sizes to meet your specific needs. Please contact us at engravingcolorado@gmail.com to inquire about custom sizing options.

Can I add graphics to an engraved plate?

Our standard engraved plates do not include graphics. If you would like to add a graphic, please contact us at engravingcolorado@gmail.com prior to placing your order so we can assist with a custom request.
